Booking a detail should not need a phone call and a game of tag. Ours takes about a minute online, and here is exactly what happens at each step so there are no surprises.
Step 1 to 4: the online form
The booking form walks through four short steps, and the running total updates on screen as you go, so what you see is what you pay:
- Service. Pick a wash, a detail, a polish or a ceramic coating. Every price is published, banded by vehicle size.
- Vehicle. Choose your size and tell us the make, model and colour. This is required, because the price scales with the car and we need it on the board.
- Add-ons. Optional extras like salt removal, seat shampoo or a steam wash. Anything already included in your package is marked, so you never pay twice.
- Time and details. Pick a date and slot, add your name and a mobile number, and any special requests.
Booking direct here takes 10% off automatically. There is no coupon to hunt for and no waiting for a sale. Rideshare drivers get their driver rate instead.
What happens after you hit confirm
Your booking lands with the shop straight away and we text the number you gave us to confirm the slot. There is no account to create and no password. If you ever leave the form half done, that is fine, just start again, nothing is charged.
How to get your car ready
Two things make the appointment go smoothly:
- Empty the trunk. Every interior package includes the trunk, but if it is packed full we cannot clean it, and we will not move your belongings for you. Clear it the night before.
- Point out the problem areas. Use the special-requests box, or just tell us at drop-off. A coffee spill, pet hair, a stain you want gone, a smell you cannot place. The more we know, the better the result.
Paying: no deposit online
We do not take payment online, so nothing is charged when you book. You pay in person at pickup, by card, tap or cash. The 10% online discount is already worked into the total you saw on the form. We confirm the final price with you at drop-off, before any work starts, so if the car needs more than average, you hear about it while you are still standing there.
Drop-off and pickup
Most services are same day. An exterior wash is in and out, a Mini Detail is about 45 to 60 minutes, and interior detailing is about 30 to 40. The one exception is the Max Detail with its full interior shampoo: the car stays with us for 24 hours afterwards so the seats and carpets dry properly under supervision. We will tell you the pickup time when you drop off.
After you leave
About 24 hours after your visit we check in. If anything is not right, tell Anthony before you tell Google, and we fix it at no charge. That is the whole point of being a family shop with the owner on the floor, instead of a franchise.
